 1. How can I verify the authenticity of The Male Collection products?

We are committed to providing only authentic and high-quality products. To verify authenticity, our high-end designer items come with an authenticity certificate and unique serial number.

2. What is your return policy?

You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Condition - Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging, authenticity card, and tags still attached. Please send the item via UPS/DHL/FEDEX and provide the tracking number for the item. We will NOT accept items where the tags have been removed. 

 3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

 4. Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

 5. What payment methods do you accept?

 8. What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work swiftly to resolve the problem, whether that involves a replacement or a refund.
